How not to laugh during a speech?

I am a highschool student, who is going to be doing a speech tomorrow in front of a few people, maybe 10, and then again if I make it to the second round. Regardless of the number of people, I always laugh when doing a speech, and I dont know how not to. Im not sure if its nervous laughter, or laughing because I know someone, but I dont know how to get around this. Usually it happens when I make eye contact, but I know I need to do that.

Does anyone have any solutions to this? All suggestions welcome!
