i need to get a new drive for my xbox because mine has broken "wont play any disks". i was planning on getting a new drive off ebay and flashing it so i can play my games again and also maybe use backups of games but i have heared that you get banned from xbox live "which i dont use much"
1) but is there anyway to be able to flash the drive and not get caught??
2) what is the latest firmware to use and will it get banned?
3) how do they know that you have used a flashed drive instead of the original?
