How Much would you Pay Fro a ZX-14

I came across a 2007 ZX-14 with less than 4k miles...
Very good condition Clean title (Repo)
"needs tires, front brake Lever, and the black panel that covers the Battery

I need to know very soon.. please help me make up my mind.

I was just wondering what people would pay for this bike

Honestly I wouldn't pay anything for it.

They would have to pay me to take it off their hands. Just my opinion.

Slap yourself Fonzz - what do you want that for?
 
I'm with Brett on this. Not for me.

I would pay, like $4000 just so I could flip it for $6000 next day, then never look at it again.

A bud of mine from work has an 06 busa with 2000 on it, and wanting to dump it. Last I talked with him, he would sell it for $800 less than he oues. $6000, and its perfect.

few on here will give useful advice, since everyone seems to hate the japanese bikes. I like all bikes (except harley) and the zx14 is badass. I'd shoot for 6-7K.

Come on people what's not to like about a bike that fast?

flame all you want but this color scheme is my fav on the 14.
 
I dont know where your coming from? I got jap bikes also. I just have no use for that right now.

If my wife would ride 2 up on that thing with we, I may.

I actually do like most Japanese bikes, except Honda because of a whole pile of personal reasons. I like most Kawi's EXCEPT the 14 and the concourse, I just find them ugly as hell. I'd go Busa personally, but just as a taste thing. Six for the ugly kawi seems reasonable.

Those tires are shagged, but the bt014s were good for about that depending on the use. PP2CT's are an excellent replacement.

For the price just off the top I'd say about 5k, 4500 give or take considering the condition/history. I've seen them 6k in really good condition. Do a quick survey on zx14.com classifieds & fleabay.

The bottom end throttle response is soft until the secondary throttle plates are removed. They don't even open until ~7k rpms. Yank them. plenty of writeups online, and worth ~ 10 hp & 20 tq below 7k.
