How much would you pay for a used 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250r in great shape with 2800 miles?

Looks in perfect shape. I don't think its ever been dropped or stunted. Seller is asking $3600-3900?
I've never seen a 2008 Ninja for under $3000 that didn't have some pretty good damage.
