How much would this car be worth do you think?

Ok i have a 1999 Sc1 Saturn, has transmission problems ( most likely transmission will need to be replaced) has about 140,000 miles on it. Other then the transmission the car runs fine
so i want to get a new car, how much do you think this car would be worth?
it gets roughly about 27-30 mpg
does not qualify for cash for clunkers
