How much would the Motorola DROID cost under these circumstances?

I have gotten a new phone after my 2 year contract expired in Febuary. It is now outdated and i wish to get a DROID. I already have a line that i use and will probably switch it to the DROID IF i get one.

What would it cost and please include a cheaper option if you know of one.
