how much would it cost to replace a starter solenoid on a 96 ford thunderbird?

i just got my starter replace about 2 weeks ago so i know thats not the issue... my car dont crank at times...
what could be the problem

Could still be a bum starter or bad contact or bad neutral safety switch.

make sure battery terminal connections are clean.
