how much would it cost to replace a HEAD GASKET in a 1997 honda prelude?

i am about to buy a 97 honda prelude with a blown HEAD GASKET.how much would you think it will cost to fix, or should i just buy a new h22 engine.Im trying to fix and sell...DOES anyone think that is a good idea to do.

1997 honda prelude:$1900
200k miles on motor
auto-tranny
HEAD GASKET-$150

OR:

H22 engine with 55k for $1500
