I have a 1996 Mercury Tracer. There is something wrong with the oil to the point that it's leaking. Apparently, it also smells really bad. I'd like to have it fixed so that I can drive it soon due to the fact that it has better gas mileage than my other car. How much would it cost to be fixed? I'd also like to have a CD player put in. Any tips? Any thoughts about how much it would cost?
 
IF you have an oil leak it would be smelling like oil only under the hood and needs to have someone determine what it is thats leaking, ONLY ask someone that you know as a shop will rip you off..

if it is burning oil in the engine, and it comes out of the exhaust pipe, then there are other problem$$.

CD player installation is CHEAP, go to a car stereo store when they are having a sale, which is ALL the time.
