how much would it cost to get a white truck painted red?

To do it right is very expensive since the whole chassis should be striptted first. Why don't you just put some red decals on it. It's cheaper. Or, trade your white truck in for a red one??? Modern paint is electrochemically applied, and then kiln dried. You cannot duplicate the process. DON'T waste your money!!!
 
It would be very expensive to do it right, the bed must be taken off to paint in between the bed and the cab, if its a pickup, all the doors jambs have to be repainted and the engine compartment..
