How much would it cost to fix one pixel on an lcd tv?

I threw my jeans in the corner an my belt caught my tv screen and now there is a tiny dot which is really annoying. It looks like the protective layer on my screen has been cut open and now showing a bright coloured dot underneath. Firstly is there a way to determine if its just the protective sheet damaged or if its a broken pixel and secondly what would it cost either way to get it fixed?
 
i'm not sure about the cost, but i had that on my computer screen and hit it, then rubbed it. it worked. lol just a suggestion.
