How much would it cost to fix my Yamaha flute foot joint?

I have a Yamaha Flute, with an offline G and a C foot joint, It is also an opened-hole flute and I've had for about 4 years now. Lately my foot joint has stopped working, and I found out that the C and the C# key on the foot joint don't fully close when you press them. Is this fixable and how much would it cost?
 
This is a minor repair - but as long as you are taking the flute into the shop, spring for an entire COA - clean,oil, adjust. Where there are one or 2 leaks, there are often others, that you just have been compensating for.
