how much would it be if i was to upgrade my phone on a 2 year contract with t-mobile?

Nov. of 2008 i bought the samsung behold. it is the crappiest phone i ever bought. But i told myself i would stick it out. Now its time to get an upgrade and i want either the nexus one or the g2. my question is how much would it be and do i have to pay for the phone. also are they even selling the nexus one anymore
