How much would installing a new stereo in my car cost?

I have a 2000 VW beetle. This is my current stereo:

Complete with tape player. How much would it cost to have something ipod friendly put in? Something more like this:

I don't need new speakers or anything, just the dashboard thingy.

How much would installation cost? Where are the best places to go?
