How much would I be able to get an iPhone 3GS for?

I don't mind getting an ebay/second hand one as long as it's in decent condition (no scratches etc).
And how much do you think the price will drop to after the release of the new iPhone in June?
I'm looking for an iPhone 3GS on pay-as-you-go not contract.

Please can you tell me the prices in English Pounds (£) not US Dollars ($).
