Im looking into this evo for a "side-project-car" but would like to know how much everything would cost and if its worth it. It says it has a cd title, what is a cd title, is it a salvaged title? Will give 10points for best answer thanks in advance

Engine (found one with tranny for $2000)

Go to www.repairpal com This site will give you prices for repairs in your area,this will give you some idea of what it cost if you have to pay someone in the case you cannot do the work yourself.
 
You will be better off just buying a complete car that runs even if you have to spend a lot more money. With all the things missing or bad you are looking at a major repair job.
If you insist on buying this one then also buy another complete car & transfer everything over to yours.
