how much would a tmobile texting plan cost?

i used to have a line with my parents on their family plan but im not in it anymore, its been like 2 years and i dont know whats changed. my parents now have a 2 line family plan with 700 minutes and they pay like $70, how much would it cost if they were to add a new line for me?

would i be able to get a free phone?

and how much extra money would they pay if i got unlimited texting just for my line?
