How much would a dealership charge me to reset my Honda Accord 97 computer?

I think what i was trying to say is to flash the computer. My car stopped sending electricity to the fuel pump so under the passanger seat there are two computers and they need to be reseted.
 
well computers cant be completley reset its illegal. the mileage would start over. but they can reflash it if something is wrong with ur transmission or fans or w/e. you can do it yourself if you by a computer reader
