How much would a broken Motorola Razr sell on ebay for?

also, if i do sell it (yes people buy broken cell phones) if they manage to fix it, can they got all my informtion,. like photos ??? (there is no sim card in it) i had photos on there that i cant get back because it randomly broke out of the blue.
that's what i was hoping for, i obviously knew i wouldnt be getting more than that. thanks.
