How much would a 30 gallon fish tank cost?

i got a thirty five gallon fish tank and it cost about 500.00 but this was for a saltwater aquarium and it has the filter, heater, and all built right in. Something like this would be excellent and ideal, but its very pricey. The cheaper route would be to get a 30 gallon tank, that could run about between 50 and 100 id say (depending on where you shop). and a filtering system can run from 20-30 and a heater from 10-20. Im not exactly sure if these prices are correct. Im not a professional, but i do own alot of fish tanks so i might be somewhat right lol.
