How much would a 1981 Kawasaki KZ550 parts bike sell for?

My cousin is selling this bike for $200. All the parts are there and its never been in an accident, but it doesn't run. I'd like to fix it up and ride it, but if it turns out to be to much work or something like that, how much do you think I could get for it if I advertise it as a parts bike?
 
Which model is it? If it's a GPz the bike is completely different than the following years GPz. So if it is in good condition as far as plastic and such, you may make good money parting it out. There are GPz enthusiasts and even a GPz forum. Find out the model and check out prices on Ebay, you'll make more if you part out the bike.
