My cousin is selling this bike for $200. All the parts are there and its never been in an accident, but it's been indoors for a few years and it doesn't run. I'd like to fix it up and ride it, but if it turns out to be to much work or something like that, how much do you think I could get for it if I advertise it as a parts bike? Its definitely a good buy if I can get it running, but if not, could I resell it without loosing any money? Thanks.

It's almost identical to this one:

$200 is the upper limit I would pay for a bike that is nearly 30 years old and not running. Since you do not know exactly WHY it is not running at this point, it could be something as simple as a new battery, new plugs, new tires, and a carb/fuel system clean out. Or it could be as expensive as an engine that needs to be torn down and rebuilt
