But on other hands, I assume it'd be just as hard as a normal business. You'd have to pay a lot of overhead like workers, rent, licenses, utilities, and possible renovations... As well as dealing with tobacco licenses.
So, although I haven't done it myself, I assume difficult to open and especially maintain but not impossibly so.
