How much will using 1mb data of verizon cost?

I broke my old phones screen, so i bought a new phone from ebay. I want to transfer my contacts, but dont want to pay 10 dollars to verizon (last time i went, they did it for free, but apparently there is a 10 dollar charge now) .. so manually loading my new phone with the numbers isnt going to work. I am going to try to download Backup Assistant without using the screen, but it says i will use 1 mb of data. I have no data plans. How much will it cost? thanks
