my guess is anywhere from 200+

the $18 upgrade is just for the upgrade service and not the phone itself
 
I currently have an iphone 3g when i check my upgrade status with *639# i get "As a valued customer, we can offer you an upgrade with a new 2-yr commitment and an $18 upgrade fee." will i be able to apply this upgrade and get the new iphone when its released for 18$?
