How much will it typically cost to replace starter on 2000 Honda Accord?

The shop told me $200 for the starter, $85 for one hour labor and $28 for shop fee. Total of $329 with taxes. Is that reasonable?

Hell no. A starter is not hard to change on those vehicles at all. Go buy a starter from a part store which will run$100- $150 then buy a Haynes books for your exact vehicle $15. Use the book as an instruction guide and do it yourself if possible.ITs only a couple bolts that you unscrew, replace starter, then replace bolts and presto ur DONE! Both can be purchased at any auto part store.
