I don't know what's broken exactly, it just doesn't work at all. I had my A/C repaired just over a year ago and there were some noise issues immediately after whenever I turned the A/C on so I had to bring it back right away. I am susp. they screwed up my heater at that time but didn't realize until now.
How much will it cost to fix the broken heater in my '99 Honda Civic?
