underage driving? so theres this girl who is harrasing me and writing horrible threatning messages to me. I got so angry that i decided to go egg her house, (yes i know big mistake) So anyway, She called the cops on me but when i got stopped my bf, who doesnt have a liscence, was driving. I was given a citation for CRIMINAL MISCHIEF and ALLOWING UNLISCENCED TO DRIVE.

And wouldnt it jst be easier to jst pay for the ticket and not show up to court?
