My mom hasn't worked for about a year. We are on food stamps, and she collects S.S.I. checks (disability checks). I plan on going to a SUNY school (perhaps Binghamton, Oswego, Farmingdale, New Paltz, etc) which are about 17,000 a year (both tuition and dorm room). Will financial aid pay everything for me?
