How Much will a sky tv installer charge to install a new dish and cable on my outside...

...apartment lounge wall.? I need my own dish as the apartment block has only one lead connected to each lounge.There are twin cables in the socket and only one was connected by Bellway the builders.Its not an option to have the other connected,so i need my own dish.
