How much weight would I lose per week if I ate 1000 calories a day?

I am male, 6'3", about 250-255 lbs, around 31% body fat. I calculated my BMR at 1998 calories, but when I calculated how much I would lose if eating 1000 calories a day and getting moderate exercise (I am deliberately skewing my figures low, though I plan to bike 14 miles a day (split between two rides, my commute to work) and hopefully run 4 miles a day), it said I would only lose about three pounds a week.

Am I doing my figures wrong?
I will add that my end goal is to lose 100 lbs. I want to have a flat chest and no bulk in my shoulders...right now people say I look like an ex-football player and I hate it.
Oh, one more thing: this is the bare minimum I would eat. While I want to lose weight fast like anyone else, I'm not saying "Oh, I need to lose 100 lbs in four months" or something ridiculous like that.
