How much weight should I lose each month with this meal and exercise plan?

doing this most days but with variations of diet obviously but all those kinds of foods..

Morning workout
25 minutes on cross trainer, in between weights and sit ups

-Breakfast
1 piece of wholemeal seed toast with cottage cheese and tomato
light soy milk flat white with 1 sugar substitute
-Lunch options
Sushi, salad, sandwich, etc
-Dinner options
Lean meat (chicken, steak, or fish) with steamed vegies, stirfrys, green currys
afternoon workout
brisk walk with the dog for 30-40 minutes
I am currently 166 pounds and about 5,3 tall
