Ok guys I am 15 I weigh 260 pounds my height is 5,11 and I believe I am 100 pounds over weight. I just wanted to know how many calories I would lose if I was to bike for 1 and half with a sweat suit on a pace of 10+mph in 1 day. Also how long do you think it would take to lose 100 pounds if I were to bike 3 times a week while each week increasing the speed?
