how much weight can i lose in a month if i only eat vegan?

i'm just curious to know how much weight i will lose if i only eat fruits and vegetables and occasionally nuts. if i decide to do this, i'll make sure to get plenty of water and take a multi vitamin. btw, i don't really eat that much meat now, but i eat dairy at least once a day, and eat processed food. thanks
 
you also need protein and whole grains. try soy milk. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. so, up to 8 pounds, but it really restricts your calories.
