How much weight can I expect to lose with this diet/exercise?

Over the past few months, I unconsciously gained some extra weight, looking a little bit more (and feeling) unhealthy. So I've recently garnered enough motivation and will power to get back to and maintain some healthiness in my life.

I've made my diet plan to eat healthy and balanced (with a lot of--but not primarily--fruits and veggies and lean meat. No fast food, not so much fried stuff, etc.
As for exercise outside of my daily walking (class to class in high school), after dinner, I do the bicycling in the air for 5 minutes straight, have a little break, then run up and down my stairs at home (the top two steps, up and down 300 times). Then I shower (maybe dance a little haha), take a break (an hour or so) and before I sleep, some more air bicycling and lifting my textbook behind my back and above my head--3 reps of 12. Wash off and sleep.

How much weight could I lose within the next month or so? Is this effective? Any constructive criticism for what I should/shouldn't eat or boost exercise?
I'm almost 17, 5'5" and currently weigh 135 or so. I want to lose some weight (maybe 110--what I used to be a year or two ago).
