You mean besides the new engine and a new compatible transmission ?
I guess it depends on how you feel about spending more $$$$$$$$$$$ on the change over than the cost of just buying a vehicle that was made as 6 cylinder for less .
I guess if you have some emo reason for keeping the body ,
The $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for mechanical rebuild won't matter .
