How much to put stacks and turbo on a dodge ram cummins?

I have a 1995 Dodge ram 2500 Laramie single cab with a Cummins diesel, i have $2100 left after buying the truck, i need to know about how much it will cost to put dual stacks in the bed and Banks twin turbos thanks
