how much to get a 1993 honda civic lx clutch replaced at a car repair shop?

it has been slipping for about a month, i need it done asap. i don't want to get a kit or do it my self, i want it done at a shop. how much on avg will it cost? how long will it take?
 
each shop you call wil give you a price price wil vary across town much less the states so call three places local will get you a better price and what he said about right should be under a 1000
