I am 33 y/o and very out of shape. I hate jogging, and hate working out in the gym. I never keep up with that since I don't like it. I finally got a bicycle. I love riding bikes. I have 2 kids and we are starting to ride bikes together.
I noticed how tired and sweaty I was when it didn't even phase my kids. I don't want to over do it or under do it. How long should I be going while I start out? I do have some hills in my neighborhood and which made it harder for me. Also, I kept up with my kids the entire time...I was just out of breath and sweaty and they weren't. They are 10 and 12 y/o. They have always ridden their bikes though.
