A good friend of mine wants for me to make 2 songs for her....roughly 30 seconds to a minute long. I have never done a music commission before, so I am totally stumped as to how much I should charge here. She said she'd pay me handsomely and to just name a price. Because she is my friend, I don't want to charge her too much, but at the same time, I really don't have an idea what an acceptable rate is. Can anyone help me? Thanks for your time.
