how much to align forks on motorcycle?

I'm looking at a 2005 Kawasaki Ninja 250. They say it was lightly laid down, thus the front forks need alignment. How much does this typically cost? Is it something a normal motorcycle shop can fix? What all is involved?

They want $1300 for the bike w/ supposedly low (unmentioned #) miles and light scratches.
