I weigh at the moment 155 pounds. I am 5'7" around 33% body fat. I recently had a baby, and have been cleared to hit the gym again. I would like to build some serious muscle. I am already doing the diet thing (loads of egg whites, chicken breast, sweet potatoes, oats, supplements), but I have never had that really toned, sculpted look. I do cardio and weights, but apparently I am not spending nearly enough time doing weights. Or maybe I am going too light with my weights? I'm realistic, I don't want to be a professional body builder, I would just like nice lean sculpted muscles. I am willing to put in the work, but I am not willing to neglect my kids. Is that possible? And if so, how long would something like this take? I don't care so much about the number on the scale, but if I had to pick one, I would like to lose about 15 pounds. But I also want to build muscle. Any suggestions?
