About.com lists these as the requirements for Thunderbolt (needed for honor grad designation):
Two Mile Run - 15:15
1.5 mile Run - 8:55
Sit-Ups - 70 (in 2 minutes)
Push-Ups - 62 (in 2 minutes)
Pull-Ups - 2
But AirForce.com lists these numbers:
1.5 mile Run - 9:30
Sit-Ups - 60 (in 1 minute)
Push-Ups - 55 (in 1 minute)
Pull-Ups - 5
I'm leaning toward trusting AirForce.com for obvious reasons (it's the source!). But I'm not sure how often they update their information.
I'm going off to BMT in a couple of months and I'd like to graduate with honors. I'm confident that I'll do well academically and I have my running times, pull ups, and push ups well within both requirements. My sit ups are my only concern. The max it seems I can do is 55 in one minute, and that's really speeding. I could easily do 80 in two minutes though.
