How Much Time Do I need to Study Electronics?

Hello every one,
I know little about many topics in Electronics. Now I want to be Professional and Master Electronics and Electronic Design.
How much time do I need for this ? and what's your advices to me to learn well and achieve my goal ?
and if any one know about Tutorials or Books he read before and think they may help me , please post them.

Probably you will be studying the rest of your life, as this is a field that is constantly changing.

I don't know what "Professional and Master Electronics and Electronic Design" means, but to get a BS degree in engineering usually takes 4 years. A Masters will take 2 more years typically, and a PhD 2-4 years after that.
