Hi, I would like an estimate on how much lawyer fee's should be, I'm buying a 60,000 FHA house in holly wood Florida with my mother. I would like to know what price range it should be in. What should I expect at closing and what usually happens like do I just use them (lawyer) for a day etc.?Please tell me the process in detail.
