How much should it cost to repair a leaky head gasket for a Y reg Ford Fiesta 1.3cc?

It hasn't blown yet, but is leaking water and the garage tells me it will soon start overheating unless I keep the water coolant topped up.
He estimated £400 job - is this accurate?
