How much should I sell this TV for on Craigslist?

I have a TV that I want to sell. It's listed on Amazon as being for sale for $999.99.
It's 1080p LCD HDTV and is 42".
I haven't put the advert up yet. Before I do, I want to know how much do you think is a reasonable price. It's in great condition, and was bought just under one year ago.
I want to charge $700 (is that fair?), but I've never sold anything on Craigslist before, so I just want to get some opinions on what is a good price.

Only parakeets buy things on Craig's List. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. Get it? I know, it was a horrible joke. But the point is valid. People go on CL looking for a really good deal. You can try listing it at $700 and see what happens. But you will probably get a lot of low ball offers, for $500 or less. Also, do not take anything but cash for it. Cash, cash, cash. No cashier's checks, money orders, or anything else. There are scam artists all over CL.

I would say $650, it will attract more, in my past experiences. It also helps to list the brand, People would rather pay money for a Panasonic or a Sony LCD TV, rather than an lesser-known brand.
