800,000 miles? If they can prove the engine and transmission have less than 200k on them I might see that as reasonable. Only if there's no rust that you can see anywhere. You should pull up a corner of the carpet near the seats and in the trunk to look for rust.

i do not think a 92 accord is worth $1000. try craigslist youll find good cars for reasonable prices beware of scammers or rustbuckets.
