How much should I offer to buy this bike?

There is a brand new motorcycle model out. Suggested retail is $26,499. (without tax, tag, title, fees). I know that since the model is brand new, they are not going to offer any huge discounts at the dealershp. So how much should I offer to buy the motorcycle? Or will I be stuck paying full retail?
 
Id go in at 2450, the fact that its a bit over 25k suggests that 25k might have something to do with it, perhaps the min figure. I'm in the uk so I don't know how different it is over there, but if they won't budge on the price I would at least haggle for some free kit, helmet and boots, alarm, whatever you can get! Lol. Id hate to think you could go to a dealer and pay the full mark-up. Shop around if you can, its always good to get prices to compare but it also means you can play one dealer off against another, - a great tactic when buying anything!
