how much should i feed my red cap fish 1.5 inch ?

hello every one i am a novice in keeping an aquarium i have 4 1.5 inch red cap fishes in my small tank.... i just bought a 2feet by 1 feet by 15inch aquarium. i bought it with my own pocket money so i have not installed any filters and temperature constants and also i did not find any installed in the same size aquariums at the pet store ..i feed them grains so how many should i and on the first day my 1 red cap died i have installed oxygen pump and i am really tensed on how to maintain it please discuss y tank size capacity in litres and not gallons ..... please also inform me that i have not installed any bulb or light also does it affect??......and i havent installed any plants are these things compulsary as per my requirements???????? please help
 
red caps are just like any other goldfish so i would give them 5 for each fish and count to 20 however many they eat in that time thats how much you should feed
